Client work delivered under separate service agreements is owned by the client as specified in those agreements, and is not covered by these Terms.

The Site provides information about Aavrti's services and allows prospective clients to make enquiries. It does not constitute an offer of services.

Any actual engagement for software development, consulting, or other services will be governed by a separate written agreement (Statement of Work, Service Agreement, or equivalent) between Aavrti and the client. These Terms do not override or substitute such agreements.

When you submit information through forms on this Site (contact enquiries, job applications, newsletter sign-ups), you grant Aavrti a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that information for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent that any content you submit is accurate, that you have the right to share it, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
