Our Manifesto — 2021 →
We build
the internet
tomorrow
needs.
Aavrti was founded on a simple frustration: most software agencies build what clients ask for instead of what clients need. We decided to be different.
What we believe
Clarity is a feature.
Every ambiguous requirement is a bug waiting to happen. Before we write a single line of code, we insist on understanding the 'why'. Confused engineers ship confused products.
Slow is smooth. Smooth is fast.
The agencies that promise 6-week MVPs spend the next 6 months firefighting. We refuse. We plan deliberately, build carefully, and deliver code that doesn't embarrass anyone at 2 AM.
Your users are not impressed by your stack.
Nobody has ever raved about an app because it used the latest framework. They rave because it was fast, clear, and delightful. Technology is the means, not the story.
Craft is non-negotiable.
We care whether the button animation is 200 ms or 280 ms. We argue about variable naming. We read PR comments on Saturday. This is not a job — it is a standard we hold ourselves to.
Honesty beats comfort.
If your idea has a flaw, we'll tell you — even if it costs us the contract. The clients who stay longest are the ones who learned they can trust us to tell the truth.
Ownership, not excuses.
When something ships broken, we don't explain the reasons — we fix it and then talk about the reasons. Clients hired us to solve problems, not to narrate them.
How we work
Radical transparency
Every Slack message, every commit, every design decision is visible to the client. We don't have a "we'll handle it" culture. We have a "watch us handle it" culture.
Compounding expertise
We specialise deliberately. Every project we take adds depth to a defined set of verticals — media, healthcare, fintech, commerce. By year 5 we know these industries better than our competitors know code.
No hero developers
Single points of failure are architectural decisions, not accidents. Knowledge is documented, code is reviewed, deployments are automated. Your project survives a holiday.
Ship → measure → improve
Every feature we ship gets an analytics event, a success metric, and a review date. We don't build and disappear. We build, watch, and iterate until the number moves.
"We started Aavrti because we believed that a small team of exceptional engineers, given the right problems, could outship any enterprise team on the planet."
Believe what we believe?
We're always looking for engineers, designers, and product thinkers who get uncomfortable with mediocrity.
