The Challenge
A mid-sized credit union had no mobile app. Members were calling branches for basic account tasks, staff were overwhelmed, and younger members were switching to digital-first competitors.
Our Approach
Built a Flutter app for Android and iOS with biometric auth, transaction history, fund transfers, and a loan application flow integrated with the union's core banking API. Full offline support for account summaries.
Outcome
12,000 downloads in the first 90 days. 35% reduction in inbound branch calls for routine queries. Loan application completion rate increased from 18% (web form) to 61% (mobile flow).
